With the exception of Viper Soup Complex, every band selected for Romania, first performed at SoundArt Festival Malta, reinforcing a strong connection between the local stage and the international one. To date, the exported artists include Viper Soup Complex, Lady Lizard, Krishna, A Black White Satellite, and, next year, A Broken Design. The sense of pride surrounding these milestones is unmistakable, as the festival continues to build momentum and expand its reach beyond Malta’s shores.
