🚩Join us for Festa Ħaddiema (Workers’ Fest) on Thursday 1st May, International Workers’ Day, between 15:00 and 20:00 at the Council of Europe Garden in Gzira to remember the many workers’ struggles and achievements throughout history and to show solidarity with workers in Malta and around the world.

There will be socio-political activities and music performances by 👇

Karmaġenn

Karmaġenn is a collaborative project by Noah Fabri together with various other musicians and artists from the scene.

In 2019, they issued a story-album with the same name, EP, Il-Ħsibijiet ta' Martina, in 2020, and the second album, Urbanali, in 2023.

The fairly unhinged collective is currently preparing material for a new EP. The lyrics of the project have always reflected leftist values and are embedded in the challenges of everyday life of workers and artists in Malta.

Sean Borg

Sean Borg is a Maltese singer-songwriter who has been active in the local music scene for the past few years. Inspired by various musical styles, he enjoys writing about everyday life - from nostalgic stories of youth to current socio-political issues.

Last year, he released the album ‘Terapija u Mħabba’, a collection of nine songs, some of which he will be sharing with us, along with new material. He is taking part in this event because he believes in the work of Moviment Graffitti and considers the role of such organisations essential in sustaining a strong democracy in Malta.
